Kelsey Rahn

Hi there, I'm Kelsey.

I'm a Brooklyn transplant and enthusiast from the great state of Minnesota (which is also the homeland of my favorite shopping destination, Target). I attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa where I earned a degree in Magazine Journalism and Graphic Design with a minor in Spanish. Oh, and I also ate a lot of corn on the cob.

After I conquered the Iowa publishing scene with internships at Iowa Gardening, The Iowan, and Meredith Publishing, I moved to New York in 2005. Here, I officially began my career as a web designer at CondeNast Digital, Time Out New York and AOL's Patch.

Working at Patch gave me a glimpse into New York's start-up scene, and from there I launched my own online dating site called Clique. Clique introduces you to friends of friends and pulls in your social media to give your potential dates a more candid peek into your life. I'm currently traveling through Southeast Asia for 56 days, but I'm excited to see what my next professional step will be when I return.

When I'm not working and not traveling, I love to read library books, ride my bike, dominate Banagrams, pretend I'm a photographer and drink good beers. Send me a message if you'd like to say hello! : )
